1. Seller and scope
The seller is Alessandro Gherardeschi, with registered office at [indirizzo della sede — da completare], VAT number [P.IVA — da completare]. These conditions govern the online sale of the artisan garments presented on this site to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession).
2. Handmade products
Each garment is handmade and hand-decorated: colour, embroidery and details may show natural variations that are not defects. Photos, measurements and descriptions present each piece as accurately as reasonably possible; a «one of a kind» piece exists in a single example.
3. Order and contract conclusion
Purchasing requires an account with a valid email address. Before sending the order the site shows products, sizes, quantities, price, included taxes and the total. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation we send by email on a durable medium. Stock is reserved for 24 hours from the order: if the payment is not completed within that window, the order is cancelled and the pieces return to the catalogue.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro, VAT included. Shipping is included in the displayed price. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider: card data never passes through our systems. The payment methods enabled on the payment page are accepted. If the payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order does not become effective and nothing is charged.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide; indicative delivery times: 3–10 business days from payment. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local duties and taxes not included in the price.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, as detailed on the Returns and withdrawal page. Garments customised on request are excluded when clearly flagged before the purchase.
7. Legal warranty and complaints
The statutory warranty of conformity and the mandatory consumer protections under the Italian Consumer Code apply. For complaints and contract-related communications you can write to privacy@gherardeschi.it.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, except where the law provides otherwise.
