1. Right of withdrawal
Unless the law provides otherwise, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Communicate your decision unambiguously to privacy@gherardeschi.it before the deadline, for example using the model form at the bottom of this page.
2. Returning the garment
Send the item back within 14 days of your communication. You may only try the product as much as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and fit; you are liable for any reduction in value caused by further handling.
3. Refund
We will refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your communication. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of dispatch. The refund uses the same payment method (for example the card used on Stripe), unless otherwise agreed at no cost to you.
4. Exclusions
Withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to measure or clearly customised on your request. The mere uniqueness or handmade character of a ready-made garment does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.
5. Model withdrawal form
«I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for [goods], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address, order number, date.» — copy, fill in and send to privacy@gherardeschi.it.
